What size is right for my child?

We try to categorize our products by age, and ensure they fit true-to-size for most children. If you're unsure, we recommend ordering one size larger so there will be room to grow into it.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! For a limited time, shipping to any country outside of the U.S. is only $4.95, regardless of how much you order.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept payments with Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express cards. We also accept PayPal and Apple Pay.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email. Did my order go through?

We apologize for this inconvenience. In rare cases, our emails may end up in your spam or junk folders, so be sure to check there. If you still don’t see them, this may mean your payment has been declined. If you believe this is an error, please contact us and we’ll be happy to sort this issue out for you.

Why was my payment declined or cancelled?

Payments are usually declined for either 1 of two reasons - either your information was entered in correctly, or our fraud detection system prevented the transaction from going through. In the event that our bank declined the transaction (if yours didn't decline it first), your money may still be on hold for 1-2 business days. After that, it will be returned.

How do I track my order?

Tracking numbers will be emailed to you automatically when your order ships. Orders may be sent via UPS, Fedex, or USPS.
